Courier Bird - Terms of Use

Türkçe

Version 1 - effective 2026-11-04

These terms are an agreement between you and Polatkan Polat, an individual developer in Türkiye who publishes games as “WeMakeFun Games” (“we”, “us”). By playing Courier Bird (the “game”) you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data: https://wemakefungames.com/games/courier-bird/privacy.

1. Who can play

  • The game is meant for players aged 13 and over.
  • If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to accept these terms and to buy anything.

2. Your licence

  • We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
  • The game, including its code, art, music, characters and names, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows this.
  • The store you downloaded the game from also has terms that apply. On iPhone, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the app licence: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. These terms add the game’s own rules. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the game and its support.

3. Your account

  • When you first play, the game creates a guest account. To keep your progress if you change or lose your device, link Google or Apple in Settings > Account. We cannot recover the progress of a guest account that was never linked.
  • If the game asks you to choose between two saves, the save you do not choose is replaced and cannot be brought back.
  • Do not sell, share or transfer your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in Settings > Account > Delete account. Deletion is permanent.

4. Fair play

  • Do not cheat. This means no hacks, modified game files, bots or automation, no exploiting bugs and no changing the device clock to get rewards. Do not disrupt our services or other players.
  • If you break these rules, we may remove rewards or, in serious or repeated cases, close your account. Where reasonable, we tell you the reason in the game first.

5. Virtual currency and items

  • Coins and other in-game currency, items, skins and upgrades (“virtual items”) are part of the game. You get a licence to use them in the game; you do not own them.
  • Virtual items have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or moved to another account or game, and we do not buy them back.
  • We may change the game’s balance to keep it fair and fun, for example rewards, coin prices or upgrade effects. We do not take away virtual items you bought with real money, except in the cases in section 4, when the online services end (next point), or as the law allows.
  • If we stop running the game’s online services, we will tell you in the game at least 30 days before. We will also stop selling items for real money from that notice.

6. Purchases

  • Purchases are made through Google Play or the App Store, under their payment terms and refund policies. We never see your payment details. Prices include the taxes the store charges.
  • Items are delivered right after the purchase. If something you paid for does not arrive, tap “Restore purchases” or write to us with the order number.
  • Refunds are handled by the store:
    • Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
    • App Store: https://reportaproblem.apple.com If the store refunds a purchase, we may remove the items it delivered.
  • Consumers in Türkiye: under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği), the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods delivered to you immediately or to services performed immediately in electronic form. Your other consumer rights and the store’s refund options remain.
  • Consumers in the EU and UK: when you buy, the store asks you to agree that delivery starts immediately, and to confirm that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Your other statutory rights are not affected, for example if an item does not work as described.
  • Parents can use the store’s parental controls to approve purchases.

7. Ads

  • The game shows ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional. The reward is given only after the ad has been shown as the game describes; if an ad does not load or is closed early, there is no reward.
  • No-Ads removes the ads you did not choose to watch (interstitials and banners). Optional rewarded ads stay available.
  • Ads come from Google and advertisers. We are not responsible for advertisers’ products or websites.

8. Changes and availability

  • We may update the game, add or remove features or content, and change these terms. We tell you in the game about important changes to these terms before they apply. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, stop playing; you can delete your account.
  • Some features need an internet connection, and the game may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance.
  • We may stop offering the game. We give notice as described in section 5 and delete online player data as the Privacy Policy describes.

9. Ending the agreement

  • You can stop playing and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or close an account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, or if the law requires it.
  • If we close your account because you broke these terms, your virtual items are lost and are not refunded, unless the law requires otherwise.

10. Liability

  • We work to keep the game running and free of errors, but we cannot promise that it will always work without interruptions or errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. This includes liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations, Article 115), and your mandatory consumer rights.

11. Law and disputes

  • Turkish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
  • Please write to us first; we try to solve problems quickly.
  • Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the consumer arbitration committees (tüketici hakem heyetleri) within the monetary limits set each year, or to the consumer courts. Consumers in the EU and UK may also use the courts of their own country.

12. Contact and language

Email support@wemakefungames.com or write to Zümrütevler Mah. Orkideli Sok. No: 6, 34852 Maltepe/İstanbul, Türkiye. These terms are also available in other languages. If a translation differs, the English text applies, except that the Turkish text applies to players in Türkiye.
